In our ongoing effort to expand the services we provide you, we have installed two Personal Teller Machines at our Livonia branch office. These machines are in addition to those already made available in Milford and Farmington Hills in 2009. The PTM is a remote device similar to an ATM which allows members to transact business with Personal Advisors located in our Call Center. Community Choice is the first financial institution to offer this technology in the state of Michigan.
“At first glance it looks like an ATM, but with the added features of a video monitor, telephone-style handset, photo ID scanner, and cash and coin dispersal – credit union members will be able to complete virtually any transaction at the PTM they would with a traditional teller” said Rob Bava, Community Choice Credit Union CEO. “Using the PTM allows members to talk to, and see on a video monitor, a real-life credit union personal advisor.”
Extended hours for PTM usage have been implemented at our Milford and Livonia offices offering members another after hours service option. More Personal Teller Machines are expected to be deployed to branches throughout the year. Through this innovative piece of technology and the pending upgrades to our website and Call Center services, we intend to provide members even more reason to make Community Choice your first choice in 2010.
